Hi, I’m Reef.

My mission in life is to help you expand your mind and open up your world to allow for more connection and opportunity. As a neuroscientist, mental health physician and performing artist, I’ve built an innovative platform that integrates and expands both sides of our brain; the cognitive and the creative. I currently coach people, speak and share this message in television media, podcasting and on stages.
The ability to build an innovative and flexible mind, while getting out of our own way, it paramount to a more meaningful, fulfilled and passionate life.
